He hasn't had a full healthy season has he? I've was excited to see him turn pro but he just can't catch a break. Max Vohland finishing 5th has me optimistic for him.

I think he's had full seasons indoor and outdoor, but I'd have to look at his career sheet to confirm. Was was pretty stoked on Max, too. Now he just needs to carry it.

Edit: '21 & '22 he was injured, but still raced rounds. Otherwise he's raced full supercross seasons since 2017. Raced most outdoor seasons, too, aside from 2022.

Funny thing is, he hasn't been overly pumped on the bike, supposedly. Ferrandis has been but Eli not so much. Keefer and Matthes has alluded to it multiple times, plus another person that I know has also said something about it. Regardless, he looked great.

    Supposedly knee.

Thought Anaheim 1 track was super boring to watch. Long straights with rhythm sections
    in and out. :bikewhoops::bikewhoops::bikewhoops:

Malcom Stewart doesn't know how to handle riding in the lead. The only way he will ever win is if
he makes a past in the last lap in the last turn.

Christian Craig is going to learn what it's like to leave a great team with a fast bike. Pressure is on himself
to perform. Heck his mechanic choose to stay on with Yamaha to work on Danger Boy Deegan's bike. That
    says enough right there.

Yup. I would say that’s one of the most exciting races I’ve seen since back in the McGrath era.

I'd also not count Craig out yet. New bike and big leagues, I still have a feeling he'll start collecting top 10s soon enough.

Dude didn't have a 450 ride with Yamaha and only x1 year left on 250s, so he left. Can't fault him for that.

Of all the bike choices I still don't understand why Roczen went with underdog yellow again. Nothing against Suzuki or Roczen, but I think he would have been much better off on Pro Circuit Kawasaki with Mitch Payton.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Tomac sweep this season and then retire. He looks very confident on the Yamaha and is in great physical shape.

He looked really good. I think the rest of the pack gassed out pretty hard by the midway point due to track conditions, except Coop and Ferrandis. When Eli went down and got in front of them, they followed his lines the rest of the race and made quick work on the field. Eli had awesome vision and fitness and it showed for sure.

The difference is he had much better deal financially with HEP Suzuki, plus a WSX option. If he did the Kawi thing he would have to pit on his own as a sort of on the team but not really type of thing. Also no bonus/win money. HEP by far makes more sense financially.

My boss's brother is on the track crew. He sent some pics and info on what they may do if it gets bad. But sounds like they will do everything they can to make it go off. But yes, like you said, races like that can be anyone's night. I personally hate mud races, but I know some people like them.

    Oakland is outdoors?
The rain has been hitting hard for the last few weeks. It's gonna be muddy.

I saw like 8 pictures in a text, earlier today. It's very, very muddy as they work on the track. I heard there is a chance they may cut back some of the lanes if it doesn't improve by race day.

Oh man. That sounds nasty. Think I'm just going to watch this on delay. Mud races aren't that exciting to watch. Fantasy is going to be impossible to pick. Everyone is going to be running big ol nasty mud tires and hand guards.
