Those ruts are going to be nasty at tomorrows race. Wasn't last year that Indy took out a bunch of guys?

Everyone’s happy for Kenny! I think he ended up lapping everyone up to 9th place. Tough track.

I don't even care that my fantasy got messed up. Kickstart Kenny was worth it. Good 450 race.

If you can make it thru Indy without injury it's a good day for the racers. Looks like Tomac couldn't get his bike dialed in. I was thinking he's pull it together like what he did in TX. Sexton has to be sore from that hit.

I can't imagine that giving up the points lead was part of his plan.

Exactly. My guess is some sort of set-up issue. Lucky for him, even on his bad night, Sexton found a way to not capitalize on it and dig himself a deeper hole. So really it's looking more and more like Webb and Tomac are going to be the ones who know how to manage this Championship run. Sexton has crashed way too often for me to have faith that he can make up points consistently w/o hitting the ground. And Anderson is already checked out, unfortunately. Still a lot of racing left, but it's becoming more clear that Webb and Tomac are the main 2 contenders.

That being said, awesome for Kenny to get the win. I am not a fan but I was still rooting for him to hold on for that one. Barcia rode amazing. Looks like he is getting better and better on the new bike. The best part of the night was when he said on the podium that he tried to get the team to pull his battery out so he could wave it around on the podium . Nice little dig at KR.

I was there Saturday, and those whoops we as sketchy as I have ever seen. Not a lot of places to pass, and certainly not one of the better tracks as conditions were horrible. I could see Tomac holding back some to avoid injury. How else do you explain him winning the week before then this outing. I also want to give props to AP riding his a$$ off this year with a fourth!

Tomac definitely picks which tracks he's going to push for a win and which ones he's going to ride out to finish. I found it interesting that Deegan was running a detuned bike for the first few races and that the team decided to finally uncork it for this last race. His track times have been very consistent.

    Congratulations to Ken Roczen!:101010:

I usually check out at the interview, but I stayed for this one. The battery wave was a good come back. Glad those 2 can have some fun on the podium. I wasn't mad about the Kenny and Barcia 1st and 2nd. The whole race I was also weirdly rooting for them since my fantasy pick went into the trash. Kinda nice to get a random race mix up. Made the racing way better.

The team owner said last summer that he was struggling to find comfort with the full mod bike, so he rode his Amatuer set up in those couple Nationals last year. And he ran that set up since, including the Futures race in Houston. Then they have been working him up to the full-mod bike, which he now is supposedly on.
