2024 Tacoma backup camera

Has anyone had their backup camera stop showing up on the screen? Mine just started and the dealer has not seen this happen before and is unsure the cause, the fix or anything at the moment. The dealer wants the vehicle for about a week so the engineers can be contacted to figure out the problem.

I have had all the camera views go black, twice. The cure was to stop, turn off the truck, and turn it back on. I know, it sounds stupid, but that's what I did.

 

The backup camera will not come on even after shutting it off and restarting. I also found out the backup lights do not come on either. The brake lights come on, but will need to check the lights when it gets dark to see if they work. I filed a case with Toyota to buy back the Tacoma. Man I wish I still had my 2008 Tacoma. Too bad it didn't survive the accident.

 

It also stalled out, the screen went out along with the camera and lights going out. This happened before I had it one year. The dealer also does not know how to fix it or has seen it before.
