    Just saw the movie.
I agree, if you are a "Drive to Survive" fan, you will enjoy it.
    As a loooong time F1 fan/follower, it's entertaining, but...
In my opinion, Rush is a better "F1" movie for the F1 fan.
    Just my .02¢

    Cheers

Unpopular opinion. But pure entertainment wise, I enjoyed Driven. Definitely "Hollywood" but a fun film if you switch off the deep think, while watching.

"Driven" was a good movie except for the racing scenes. Those made me cringe. So does the thought of Brad Pitt playing a character named Sonny in an F1 car, but I'm reserving judgement.

Watched F1 the movie last night. It was good but not great. I wish they based it off of a true story but they didn’t. Out of all the amazing stories in F1 they chose to just make up a story :annoyed:

They needed Star power. Not sure what other "A-Lister" would have been given the same access Pitt received. Or what younger actor they could have found that would move the needle enough to play one of the greats.

So happy for Hulk, just a genuinely good dude and it's so cool to see someone grind for 15 years and 239 starts finally get a podium, coming from p19 no less.

Congrats to Sauber as well, really good timing with Audi coming and seems like Wheatley has got things moving in the right direction. They've outscored RB 35-29 over the last 4 races so congrats to Max as well on that contract clause.

As far as the Piastri penalty goes, looking at the telemetry it looks awfully similar to Russell in Canada but not surprised the stewards are taking the conditions into account here. Curious what the McLaren pit wall response would've been if they weren't running 1-2 and lapping 3-4 seconds faster than the rest of the field after the restart.

Brutal day out there for the rookies, Bearman the only one to finish which is a bit ironic given the awful week he had.

Congrats to Lando, happy for both him and Piastri, but I am ecstatic for Hulk!!! He needed that one after his long career......I also love how stroll tried and failed again lol......dude you just suck....even trying to sneak out more points because you pitted really early and then didn't pit again. Hamilton drove such a crazy race though.....and that Rain.....especially in the beginning. The best was that slowmo shot of Verstappen going through the downpour was craziness.

Yeah the onboard showed 60psi on the brake pedal, it's kind of irrelevant whether that was applied before the SC lights went out or not because in those conditions they're gonna penalize it every time
