A few additions to make me feel cool.
I feel like they can give up on the throwback schemes for cup. This new gen car just does not lend itself to it at all. The xfinity cars do. I don't get half the schemes cup runs now. Most of them look like total shit. But I mean, I am not a fan of the car overall so there is that. These are IMSA cars. Not NASCAR at all.

I dig the 70 as well. I had to do a double take scrolling by. I’m probably just thirsty for some chocolate milk.

I wish they were as cool as IMSA cars. Those are closer to "stock" than NASCAR has been in a very long time.

I have been way more into xfinity of late than cup. Much more of what I consider NASCAR to be. I'm sure NASCAR will eff those cars up in the near future too.

I watch more xfinity races for that exact reason. Better looking cars and better racing.

That's why I watch more of the Truck races. Plus the Trucks race more on Friday night's which is better for me so I am not in the house all day on Sunday.

I am hit or miss with the trucks. It is good racing I just don't have a driver I care anything about. And I HATE the booth crew.

I don't really have a driver so I route for the Hendrick Truck. My issue with Sunday is, I retired back on August 29th, The wife is still working so she wants to go do things on her weekends off, So unless the weather is bad which normally in New Mexico it isn't. I don't have an excuse to be sitting in the house on a Sunday all day LOL.

This is what happens when all of these drivers are spoiled rich kids. Zero class.

Agreed! By 1990, the cars had moved past the Aero-wars era and were all much more sleek & compact, while still being pure, raw, dangerous race cars.
