A few additions to make me feel cool.
If a Toyota has to win I would love to see MT take this race in the 56 with Cole Pern on the box. That would be awesome. I hope to see the 40 do well and of course I am pulling for the 9. This race comes down to who survives. Also hoping to see EJ have a good season in the 43. He got shafted by JGR and seems like a really good guy. Last night he got completely screwed.
Rumor is the France family is looking to sell the series or at least a large portion of it. I could see Penske or Hendrick buying in. More Penske than Hendrick though. Or some conglomerate. At this point it might not be the worst thing. It would seem logical to do away with the charter system, NASCAR should buy them back from the teams and sell up to 49% of the series to the now chartered teams as shared interest in the sport but if I were the owners I would not do that without a controlling interest. But what do I know.
What we have now is what it would look like if the NFL owned the majority of the stadiums where the games are played.

Nascar just doesn't want Parker to win for some reason. They took the xfinity roval away from him last year with a last millisecond caution.

Damn shame about the 75. Parker is a decent guy. The team is small and underfunded compared to the other truck teams. The Crew guys on that team are laid back and down to earth. Kind of team I like to route for.
How about Norm Benning in the #6 getting the best finish for his age ever in NASCAR. 73 Y.O.

Rain off and on all day today.
Tomorrow is not looking good between 2 and 6. Moved start time up about an hour but not sure it will help any.
