    sooooo hate to be the possible bearer of bad news but with this event seems like getting your hopes up is a bad idea...

    HWY 38 currently has sections of it that are closed due to mudslides and flooding. I'm not sure if this will affect the San G campground (hopefully not :fingerscrossed:) but we may not have street access to Big Bear, and Radford Truck Trail is currently closed. Not sure of the status of Clarke's Grade currently, but it is likely damaged as well...

    That's above Heartbar which is above San G so my prediction may be true about campground being open but no pavement access to Big Bear. San G is fairly close to Jenks Lake Rd, so anything affecting that area will affect us. I see there is a closure near Angelus Oaks but based on that video its just a mud slide and will probably (hopefully) be cleared by then :fingerscrossed:
