2025 Toyota Tacoma Configurator

Maybe I’m missing something here but anyway here goes. I built and put a deposit on a 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport in September. I built it of course to the 2024 options. So tonight, after looking every single day for the last 3 months I am finally able to build a 2025. I know this info just went live but how can I build a $53,000 4WD truck and can’t spec $60 mudguards on it? Really Toyota???

 

Toyota's site is never correct as soon as it launches.

 

Just tried the 2025 Configurator, Twice, as soon as I choose a color, it locks up

 

It doesn't look like anything has changed where you can't/don't really order a Toyota as much as try to find an allocation quite as you want it and might still have to have dealer or your DIY accessories.

The best way or game to speed it up is do a wide/broad search on Toyota's site and use the Kiss My Grits app that shows landed inventory. You can ask a dealer to trade allocations but that is not always your best deal. My hard to get configuration was an area dealer trading an allocation from a different region and then negotiating when it had a build date.

 

The Ark guards are much better anywho.
