Have the day off and no daddy daycare duty today so I'm going to throw the 3° shims in the rear today. Hopefully knock that out quick enough to have time to clean and organize the shop after.

From the article sounds like linear shocks are better for wash board roads and higher speed trails, and digressive for on street handing and whoop deeeee dooooos. Hmmmmm decisions decisions

Go for ADS. Progressive compression and digressive rebound. That's why it's recommended for on-street and off-road, not just one or the other.

So I’m taking my 12 year old daughter camping and fishing for trout this weekend. She’s my die hard fishing partner and she loves catching trout. We were originally planning on going to Leavitt (her choice) but it’s gonna be too cold for her. She is as hard core as it gets when it comes to fishing but I don’t think she’s ready for that type of cold. The idea is for us to spend some quality alone time camping and fishing. She searched the interwebs and came up with an area around Fordyce Creek, past Bowman near Eagle Lakes. I’ve been to Bowman and Sawmill area a few times but haven’t ever been further along the 80 (offroad). So I’m not too sure what I’m getting into heading up there.

I know people from TW frequent that area, so I’m hoping somebody could give us some advice on where not to go and maybe somewhere to go. I’m not asking for a secret spot. Just some advice on some areas to check out with my daughter, or spots to stay away from. I don’t want to get too crazy on the trail with us going solo either. We don’t intend to shoot or even keep the fish (unless we have to) that we catch. We always take out more than we bring.

So if you could help us out, I would really appreciate it. We are leaving Friday early and aren’t even 100% set on that spot, it’s juSt where we are planning at the moment, not set in stone. If you have an idea, or a recommendation for us, I’m open to all input and help.

    Thank, TW peeps.

    You set on a lake?

Walker river (east or west) is pretty epic.

    Plenty of camping too.
