Nice Tepui! Got my iKamper loaded up, wiring area lights and cargo lights, and the KC Hilites multifunction bar which will give me back my 3rd brake light and other amber light functions.

Nov 1-6th I’m heading to Death Valley and pumped

    Me :anonymous:

I’ve rebuilt mine a few times... 84’ pickup.

    Seriously not hard at all.

Buy a rebuild kit*. Tear it down and soak it in gasoline overnight. Dry it out and rebuild it with new gaskets and float/needle.

I had rust flakes floating through my system for a while causing similar symptoms and I put a auxiliary filter right before the carb and it cleared it up. I also replaced everything from the gas tank to the carb (except hardlines) which helped.

    Good luck!

    Fuck, I hate Modesto Toyota

Always pretty disappointed with what 100 bucks gets me at the stealership.

Oh hell no. I've had a hate hate relationship with with Modesto Toyota since 14 years ago when they charged me $2500 for the "Certified pre-owned" bullshit... and the truck had 2 active recalls on it, that they didn't even complete.

Bought my Wife’s Camry there about 6 months ago. It was a horrible experience. Nowhere near the abomination i dealt with, when I bought my boat from Bass Procthough. That was 100% the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dealer.

Only parts I’ve bought there were oils filters and I had a $15 coupon...

I bought my truck there though. Cheapest I could find it in a two hour radius, and I checked them all.

I buy my Toyota parts through a local auto shop or online.

Ya, I just got impatient. I didn't have part numbers, tried to get in touch with gunny (here on TW) tried going to Camelback Toyota's webpage... the "OEM Parts" tab kept taking me to Accessories... so I was out and about on Saturday, decided to stop at Modesto Toyota.

Now I remember... fuck Modesto Toyota!

I'm like Josh (@Pella) is with Bass Pro when it comes to Modesto Toyota. And every time I go there, I'm reminded why.
