So my fiancée and I want to camp this weekend, but we are looking for a little lake to sit by all weekend and forget the world for a bit. Anyone know a killer spot high up, like an alpine lake? I’m so used to cruising on long runs but she just wants to chill in one spot. Thanks in advance!

Their has to be an easier way to install these shackle hangers than cutting the bed sides off

Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
Your day looks so much more fun...I spent 12 hours today doing the tundra brake upgrade. Cross threaded a hard brake line. Drove to local junkyard, they stripped their brake hard line and wasted about an hour of time. I drove to Richmond pick n pull...and went to every 4runner and took their hard brake lines (I aint takin no chances). Got home....ended up cross threaded ANOTHER brake line. Thank goodness I got 5 of them...:annoyed:

Seems as though the calipers I bought had a weird thread pitch. Problem was on both sides so I had to get my neighbor's tap and die set. Everything ended up going smooth until the brake bleeding. Drum brake bleeders were on tighter than a MoFo but eventually got them loose. Bled the brakes and gunk came out the lines but seems like I didn't bleed them 100% correct...took a test drive and brakes are mushy AF.

Going to ask my neighbor who has a bleeder machine if he can do the bleeding and I'll toss some $$$ his way.

The runner didn't have the banjos and the SS brake lines I bought weren't banjo either

Why did you need to prop up the cap?
Looks like you have a new rear bumper on the way, as well.

Headed out to LaGrange OHV park to bum around and see where I rub. We’ll be there around 1pm until maybe 3 or 4pm.
