I don't mind the pounding as much as dealing with my fucking massive group 31 battery

 

Oh, that's going to suck. Here's what a group 34 looks like when you properly tub. When I say properly tub I mean I don't rub anywhere when wheeling the hard stuff.

It's still there after 2 years of the abuse I put my rig through. It sits in a Ballistic Fab tray.

 

Here’s where I am right now. Should be a good time. Lots of beer will make it better.

That's a big bastard. What tires are you running? My Pitbulls are a true 35". 35 1/4" at the shoulder with 32 psi actually. You might be OK if your tires are more towards the 34" side of 35's. Like most are. lol

 

Lmao... We can squeeze that in. Just remember, the elbow inside the fender is different. @MattJakobs had to get a Tacoma elbow from a scrap yard to make his snorkle work.

Anyone know what this doodad is called? Took this out to put in a Detroit locker in the rear diff.

I assume it's factory...but never seen just this piece before. Usually see a whole 3rd member

 

It’s some kind of carrier for the spider gears.
Just hard to tell what’s in it unless you crack it open.

My Detroit locker looked very similar.

 

I’m 95% sure that is a factory LSD
