Yeah, thinking of going on Friday night maybe but if I did I would stay for Sat night still. We can plan to meet at Hull Creek Campground on Saturday morning sometime. Do you have HAM or GMRS so we have coms?

It’s coming together, wasn’t sure if you knew who it was screaming unintelligible words to simply get your attention! Haha

Anyone have a price point for a transmission service (auto)? Just general maintenance with fluid etc.

I was quoted ~$350 or so and since they’re the only game in town I’m curious if it’s competitive.

@nDub or @Drtgrl how much snow did you really get up above Sonora? And how much is left? I’m heading back out back behind Long barn off of 3N01 tomorrow and am wondering how deep it might be on the roads? I saw that the chain restrictions on 108 had been lifted and last weekend when I was up there it melted pretty fast below 6000 ft. Also if Anyone wants to camp send me a DM. I’ll probably top off on fuel at the Speedway in Sonora sometime tomorrow morning around 10 am.

Local dealership quoted me $292 "give or take $10" for a transmission drain and fill a few months back. Haven't gotten around to doing it yet, because I'm not 100% sure if I want to the drain and fill or a full flush.

Duckwall definitely had snow and the temps stayed cool today. Supposed to warm up this weekend but anything in the area you’re talking about is going to be wet. Take it easy and don’t give the FS another excuse to close the roads.

I’m busy this weekend but I’m game for another time! Have fun.

Not planning on tearing up the roads doing burnouts and donuts LOL just trying to get to a camp spot I found last weekend. Thanks for the info and I’ll give you a heads up next time I’m in your area.

    Who needs work?

This next one is going to be based, in large part, on @Kwikvette schedule.

Thinking either the first or second weekend (on a Saturday) of May.

Just waiting to hear back from a friend as he's driving out to visit and check the new place out. So whatever weekend he comes out, I'll be free on the other.

Made it up above Long Barn on Saturday morning. About 5” of snow everywhere when we arrived. Camped along Trout Creek out past Hull Creek campground.
    Snow when we arrived:

    Snow melted my Sunday afternoon:

Duratracs performance was excellent aired down with the trailer in the snow on the forest service roads.

A lot of crap and too much money spent
been a while since I have been on TW. Looking forward to some trails this year. Anyone planing on doing anything like slick rock? I figure, I have to try it one more time. I'm starting to think I like punishment. :anonymous:
I'm hoping being regeared, front and rear locker and LT will help a little.
