209 TACOS - B/S and shenanigans

@foxrcing07... my plan is to get off work around 12:00 (as of right now the shop says my wheels and coils will be in by then) I'll grab the springs and shoot home. Let the Taco cool off for a little while and then get to pulling the shocks/coils.

When you get here, hopefully I'll already have them out so we can just swap the coils... and get to the leafs.

I'm not going to have the shop put the wheels and tires on till after my alignment appt on Saturday. That way the truck will be lifted (more) when I make the final decision on what sized tire I'm going to have installed.

Oh... and my wife is making tacos for us... seemed appropriate

Dude... don't worry about it. Just get here when you get here. The coils aren't going to take long, and you know how long the 5 lug leafs will take better than I do.

 

Once the leafs are removed it’s pretty easy

 

I'll blast them with Deep Creep tonight and again tomorrow.

 

You can have my cb free99, I just need to get it out of my center console.

 

Btw, I will have a ham radio for comms. I have a spare handheld I keep in the truck if someone would like to use it. Or I can run sweep and let lead truck use my hand held.

Well... I think I just made my spot for my 2nd Optima. Needed about 10 in... got about 10 3/4 in clear.

 

I work on getting it out on Friday or Saturday.

 

Hi guys. I wont be able to make it this Sunday. My sister is in town this weekend. Found out today.

I will keep an eye out for future trips though. Really want to get my truck and myself out there.
