    i used to do that, but after being at legit gyms for 2 years...the basement just doesnt cut it! im spoiled! plus this one is generally empty especially if you go late. i can mess around and try new exercises, without looking like a total ass.

    once im back..probbaly gonna stuff my face...then plan out my lame weekend! i think tomorrow i ight change some fluids in my truck. I shuld do engine oil, transmission, T case, and differentials.

    Not that it matters... Splitting hairs really... Anyway, my maintenance light comes on every 3000 miles. I chang the oil well before then though.

    I guess it is... But is fresh oil a bad thing? The plane I fly we change the oil every 50-100 hours. Your trucks engine sees a lot more time on it between oil changes.
