Test fitting headlights. Still need to finish BHLM but dont want surprises after sealing. Lol Needs some trimming for proper fit so they center better but it's close. Also, these pictures help me see I need to do more body work.

I noticed today while doing some bodywork that some distinctive front fender body lines were missing so I added them deep enough so they will show when painted.

Thanks, Well the little parts in the kit have many of these lines but they are so faint that when you remove the printer lines they are gone. Above the doors is the same way but those are a little different. The seams on the sides of the doors dont have weather stripping showing so it's just a deep gap but it's almost flush at the top of the door with the weather stripping. Those lines are there but faint so I will need to paint a black line inside the tiny gap to mimic the weather stripping and outline the door just like OEM. :fingerscrossed:

If you used wood filament you could easily sand it. Then you'll just paint as normal and you'd never know the difference.

Mocking up the Meso BTLM with enhanced 3-C, or horseshoe tails. This is with 2 - 0402 leds. Looks a lot like his total tails. :D

Had to paint the inner lenses first. :annoyed:

This looks amazing, I'd been looking at doing something similar earlier this year to fill my crafting itch, but I think your documented process here is enough to sway me away, haha! Looking forward to the finished product

Messin around with lighting on the headlights again. Modding these smaller parts can be a pain. Still need @MESO smoked turn shields so ordered smoked 1/16 plexi for that and windows.
