My Taco kit and MFab Chassis MISC just arrived. I did a mock up assembly of the body held with painters tape. I happen to have the RC4WD BFGoodrich A/T KO2 1.9” tires. The tires looks big for the kit. Too big for the fender. Your 1.9 tires setup looks perfect fit. I was thinking maybe go down 1.7 or 1.55. Yours look like a 1.55 tires though. What brand is yours tires?

You can go 1.9. I also was going to use those BFG's which are scale 37's. Too big without trimming so I went down to scale 35's on the overland and 32's on the mimime.

Edit, my bad. In the other post you asked tire size, not wheel.
    Wheel size 1.9
    Tire 1.9 x 100mm Overland
    1.9 x 90mm on Minime

Did you put grease on your transfer case gears?

I did not because since these are crawlers the gears won't get hot. Also wasn't sure what the grease was compatible with the plastic case.

Sorry to bother you again. What are the electronics you used on your MISC chassis? I.e. motor, servos, esc...etc. ?

I wish he made it in 1/24th scale.

I would love to have a tacoma body for this little guy, but I fear there is no way to make a double cab long bed to fit such a short wheel based truck.

I have no experience with 3d printing but seems to me if he has the program he could make it in almost any scale within certain limits. Can't hurt to ask him but he may be too busy with other orders :notsure:

This picture shows more of the problem with trying to make a body for this truck(orange truck), you can see how short the chassis actually is. I guess I could probably extend the frame and get some longer drive shafts though.

These are my 1st RC's and builds so I'm a novice. I have seen people make amazing mods so anything is possible . I have been trying to find a way to make a Mini of my Minime. Lol :hattip:

I was huge into RC for like 10 years when I was younger, but I got out of it in 2000, I got this mini rock crawler 2 years ago just to screw around with while I wait for my kids after school things (dance, tutor, ect)

Here's my 1/10 scale. I really would love a Toyota body for it but don't want to spend what I'm seeing them go for so I've decided to just make my own body panels. Hopefully I'll get them on tomorrow but those are the side panels next to it.
