It will sell not being 4x4 no problem.

curious to how many Offroads are non 4x4 to ones that are… I assume more that are made are 4x4?

after owning a tacoma TRD 2wd for years and then converting it to a 4x4... I would never go back to a 2wd. At least for me since i venture out a lot. If you dont and just stay in the city and not live in a snow area a 2wd is fine.

Because it’s a unicorn 2wd. People think they are weird, but they are quite normal here.

It would be a $47,000 truck plus market adjustment.

This is also the reason people will buy the Trail Edition over an OR, the 2WD offroad anyhow. TE is only available in 4x4. Still has the same rear locker, and is roughly 1k more.

Most people don't need 4wd anyway. 2wd is cheaper in initial cost, it's lighter, you will get better fuel economy, your tires will wear better and last longer.

This makes me feel better. My Lunar OR 4WD MT was 42k out the door and that included the extended warranty.

You have leather, JBL, roof etc. in premium? Either way you made out well and are out there. Enjoy it. Saw my first LR 2022 today parked and looked nice, was an offroad definitely 4x4 in new england.

You are correct though, I have the lower package. No leather or JBL.

They are not rare, maybe in this current market climate with no allocations but it was/is a common build sighting in CA, AZ, Southern states.
