    That’s 22 Long. I haven’t seen but 1 rifle in that caliber.
And it was an old rifle.
There is a difference in 22 Long and 22 Long Rifle.

But still, the prices are ridiculous for both.

    Yeah, crazy prices.
We used to shoot a brick on the weekends fairly often. (15 years ago)
Not any more. Times have definitely changed. No doubt about it.

My Marlin Golden 39a can shoot short, long, and long rifle. I bet that's not the only rifle that can handle .22 long.

Shit's getting crazy. Last 22 ammo I bought was Jan of 2020. Bought it from SOS CCI Standard Velocity $122.99 for 2,500 rounds to my door.

Hell last June I bought 20 50 round boxes of Winchester 9mm 115 gr FMJ Service Grade for $293.38. This was about the time prices started going up pretty fast.

A month later in July I had to pay $509 for 1,000 rounds of 147gr 9mm. Hated to do it, but needed sub sonic.

These prices included shipping and taxes.

It isn’t, as most bolt action 22LR will shoot them as well.

I guess I should clarify “one rifle chambered for that round AND NOT 22LR.
As well as 1 chambered for 22WRF and NOT 22 Magnum (WMR).
