22re 94 Pickup inspection fail

    I have a 94 Toyota Pickup that will not pass inspection. I’ve spent lots of money on the rebuild and need to find a Toy tech in Phoenix that will get it on the road again. Failed emissions test. Running rich on fuel and sounds like a diesel. 4th cylinder sounds off. Im new to Phoenix from Texas and need a good mechanic.
