I didn't see how mud could rupture a brake line before entering this thread, but here we are lol.

To quote the conversation with service rep: “will this happen in snow?”
“no it should be fine in snow”
“What about ice buildup after wet snowstorms?”
    “…unmmm”

I used to pack the rear wheel on my Suzuki DRZ moto with mud and it had a 12 inch travel in the rear... Different rides but easy to do in our newly designed Taco's, if you're traveling on muddy off roads.

Think Lexus will be included in the recall again? https://www.thedrive.com/car-reviews/2024-lexus-gx-first-drive

This being built in the highly automated Tahara factory with industry-leading quality control, you can be sure every GX550 is built this way...

"We had to make compromises. There is only so much time and R&D budget you have making a new vehicle. This is why we listened to Tacoma owners who wanted hydraulic bucket seats, and red ones too." probably some PR guy at Toyota.

That is certainly a curios way to route the break line....I would love to know the justification for that.

That way you can stand under your ARB® awning, next to your Dometic® fridge, and place your JBL® speaker on the Yakima® roof rack while you use OnX® with your AT&T® Connected Vehicle Hotspot® during Overlanding.

When you film your Instagram story, be sure to have all the brand names overlaid on the video in AR fashion.

^Can the Tundra fit 17" wheels? Might be how it's able to avoid this issue.

These started getting delivered in January. Surely someone took them in the snow and got it caked up.

My 2010 never had a problem with the brake lines in 12 years, then the brake lines were replaced under recall in November 2021 after they replaced the frame, and I still haven’t had any problems.

What in hell is happening to our beloved Toyota trucks?!?!

Toyota designed the truck so the frame won't be the first big-ticket item to fail after 12 years :stirthepot:
