Sirs, I have a mild shudder at exactly 25MPH that the dealership has not fixed in two visits. Turning the rotors and balance tires have not fixed the issue. I had the rear TSB done, still there. Is there anything else that should be looked at? I have stock dunlops set to 32psi front and 30 rear. Should I replace the tires to get rid of the vibe? Taco has 14k miles.

I've noticed this vibe greatly increases with sams club 87 octane but goes to a dribble on 93 super. Any idea why?

Try adjusting the tire pressure a couple pounds.
Keep track of the pressures and drive a while to see if there is a difference.
It may take a couple days
But if it does make a difference, you know its only with tires.

I have the same issue. It shudders with both the factory tires and the Open Country A/Ts I've put on.

It's a shudder that happens only at about 25 mph, it will stay constant if I hold that speed and is worse when I'm slowing to stop. PLEASE HELP.

I just read the TSB (I got from the dealer) and ya it only covers the 05-08s. my bad for not reading it first.

It could be worth a try to contact your dealer and see what they say.

No worries, I have been round and round with my dealer, they "don't notice" any shudder/vibration at that speed. I'm going to try one last time and have them ride with me so there is no question. If that doesnt work, I'm trying the carrier bearing drop. Should have installed the diff drop anyway, so I'll go ahead with that as well.
