Hi all, so i'm starting to consider tall and skinny tires.

    I'm looking at 255/80/17 or 255/85/16

I'm wondering what brand is best for my needs.

I will need to be able to take on snow (sometimes deep) and ice, now i know that if you hit good ice it really doesn't matter what tire you have as then its a "Hold the F on" situation.

I know from reading threads on here that they are good in almost anything but i was just wondering about people experience with ice on these tires and what brand.

    Thanks
