    For me the Cooper was the least aggressive so it was an easy choice. I am on road more than off so a less aggressive tire works better for me. They are surprisingly smooth and quiet on the highway.

    Sam, I know you mentioned that you haven't really doe any wheeling with them yet, but regarding on-road performance, how do you feel? You mentioned they're reasonably smooth and quiet, what about the following;
    How about the weight of them, do you notice a decent impact on accel/braking?
    What kind of pressures are you running, and how does it feel?
    Is there a noticeable decrease in steering response?

    Not a huge difference in acceleration. If I need it to get up and go it still does like it used to. Haven't noticed a difference in braking yet.
    I have them at 50 psi right now to test them out. It is definitely stiffer than stock, but not bad.
    I feel like the steering response is actually better with these, but it could just be my imagination.

    Hope that helps.

    Did it, bit the bullet, placed the order for the Coopers. I had actually found a killer deal on the Toyos, but after showing my wife what they sound like in a buddies jeep (though there's no insulation in that turd) She wasn't all that thrilled.

    I should have them next week, and look forward to slapping these things on. Will post pics once complete.

    Thanks folks for the info you've provided.

    Dunzo. But I'll give myself a kick for parking lot pics on a slope. Hopefully I can hit some trails this weekend and get some nice action shots.

    Will provide some opinions about the tires once I get more than 10 miles on them.

    So far on road seems pretty decent. I notice the extra rotational mass more so with braking than I do acceleration. Running 35psi at the moment and they are comfortable. The thick sidewalls actually provide a more responsive steering feeling in my opinion. Noise, what noise? I almost wish these were a little louder.

    You'll like the Coopers. I have 4k on mine and they are great. Noise is minimal, but they supposedly do get louder as they wear down.
