aren't they more like 3.5"? I know its a healthy 3" lift for the first gens.

I had around 2" of front lift with minimal rubbing only when flexed out and at full lock.

Shouldn't have needed to cut that much though. I wouldn't think so at least

Probably not but I only wanted to trim once and as far as the metal goes it doesn't really matter because it's hidden by the flares anyway. Plus the way I trimmed the flares the tires will tuck behind them so that they look normal from the side view. There was definitely a good bit of trimming needed though.

In the picture with your truck in the shop it looks like you have a little bit of reverse lean so maybe a slightly longer shackle would help get rid of some rubbing. On the other hand you did a great job on making that trimming look clean and unnoticeable

It's because the photo is from the driver's side. The taco lean is definitely more pronounced with the deavers. I didn't really notice it at all with the stock suspension. It sits almost an inch lower on that side in the rear. Not quite as bad in the front, maybe .5-.75" lower on the driver's side. I'm thinking about putting a 1" shackle only on the driver's side to even it up. I may just live with it though.

Anyone have a picture of KM2's 255/85/16 on there tacoma. I got 255/85/16 Cooper ST's today. The section width is 10" and the tread is 7.2". They are pined, a bit of noise & a deep tread. They look a lot thinner than the pictures of the KM2's that were posted. BFG has the KM2's listed as the same width and the tread a bit thiner. Funny thing no more vibes. I had the BFG T/A KO's balanced a few times. I figed it was the drive shaft.

The BFG web site did not have the tread width. Tire rack or Discount tire had the width at 6.8" and the Cooper W/S had the ST at 7.2". The Cooper W/S also had the ST at 33.2 inchs, they are 32.5 inches. I had read I think on this thread the BFG's are 34 inches. I do like them they roll easy I think I will get better MPG will have to fig that out . with a GPS or something. Anyone have pictures of the BFG'S on there Tacoma I'd like to see them.

Back when I had OME 885 and Bilsteins, with no bumpers etc. Next to a stock TRD offroad. I am now running 4.88 gears, and I consider it the perfect combo for a 2.7/5 speed Tacoma.

Thanks for the Picture, they look about the same as the Coopers maybe a bit wider. My BFG T/A KO 265/75/16 were about 1.5 inchs wider. I'm getting used to the look.
