Nothing yet, even with the spacers. Flexing and settling will show if rubbing might occur. But so far just driving on the street it's good to go

Anyone do an alignment after installing the 255s? On a Gen 3?

Pulling the trigger on some 255/85-16 DC Extreme Country from 4 Wheel Parts. Not sure if I'll have them on prior to my OME lift install or not, but either way, I'll post up some pics.

Yeah, mine are also on back order. So it will be a few weeks before I can even set my install appointment. No worries though, plenty of tread life left on the current ones.

Got my KM2's in the mail. I ordered some additional spare wheels to mount them on (those black OEM rims with 16 holes around the edge). Going to keep my A/Ts on the current rims for my DD. The rims I ordered have a sticker that says Temporary Use only. But I figure that is for the tire not the rim itself, right? I'll have no problems running those as my offroad rims/tires or am I missing something?

I had pizza cutters in the same location for 3 years. Cooper ST's then Bighorns. Both are on the taller side of 255's. Exhaust was never an issue and I constantly monitored it. Diff rubbing was. I used a ratchet strap to pull it back against the hitch. Worked great with no contact after that. Also checked to see if the exhaust would melt the nylon webbing. It didn't.

You can also move the spare hanger winch back a little, but the strap was easy.

Thx - yes i relocated the spare carrier so the tire is held firm against the hitch. It's also up against the driver side leaf mount. So far no signs of rub but i haven't really had anything in the bed yet.

Ran through Anza Borrego - some desert washes / canyons this weekend. Aired down to 20-25 could have gone more but the terrain I chose didn't need it. No rubbing anywhere, however the suspension was never completely stuffed for a long period of time. Wanted to jump on some rocks, but no sliders yet. Hopefully will get them soon. 33s via 255/85/16 is the way to go. Wish there were more choices.

How do they 255's do in the sand? I'm highly considering these in hopes that they will help with dirt roads around here. When it rains the roads get a thin layer of mud that's slicker than greased goose shit. But once off the road it's nothing but sand, cotton, and peanut fields. I ran 35" Duratracs on my last truck and they were absolutely terrible in the mud
