Got these tires installed today, replaced Hankook Dynapro 265/75/r16 w/ about 40k on them, probably could have gone another few thousand.

Tires balanced well, ride nice on initial impression. I'll be hitting the trail next weekend so will get low pressure feedback then. Low constant hum replaces the loud resonating hum of the Dynapros as they wore, interested to see how these fair.

These tires were reasonably priced I felt like, definitely heavier than the dynapros. Going up a very long hill on the highway I was maintaining 65 at about 2300rpm so not too bad, previously it would've been 2100-2200rpm.

I'm pumped on how they look and drive, no rubbing so far, will see how it goes when we stretch the legs a bit.

Still enjoying my skinnies. Roughly 12k/15 months on them. The bastards just love to hook up. Still plenty comfortable on th road.

The only complaint I have that is directly related to the size of this tire is that they don’t offer much protection to the wheel, since they’re so narrow. The rocks have beat all of mine to hell.

    That’s an 8” wheel running 18 psi

Not a big deal to me, but something worth considering.

Wish I could have seen these in person when you were up this way. They don't look as narrow as other 255's

I might come back up for that June event. The ST Maxx has a more aggressive pattern. I also have 8" wide wheels.

@Lots2Learn58 has Cooper ST (but not the maxx). I think his look like 235s on his TRD OR wheels.

I have them in 285s on 16x8 wheels. I was thinking of getting them in 255s on 17x7.5 wheels.
