Toyos in that size are my next tire. I got the Dick Cepeks last time because the Toyos couldn't deliver in time to suit my needs. Also they were on sale for a steal.

Have any pics you can send me? Looking at buying a set and wanted to see them mounted. What’s the tread width on them ? I read online that is 7.1” but that’s an 1” less than most 255/86/16 and didn’t seem right.

It is hard to tell in the pictures, but the tread width is 7", overall width is 9.5" (looks like 9" in pic) on a 16x8 wheel. Rough measurement of 33". Aired down the huge sidewall tread comes into effect, as these were designed for improved flex wrap around the rocks. They do seem to flex better than the km2, which I ran before these. These ride much better on rough terrain, the KM2s felt much stiffer.

    Looks like 8-3/8 at widest
    7-7/8 at narrow
31.75 dial at edge, about 32.25 at middle, mounted on carrier.
Lugs are about 5/8 to wear Mark's.
Gaps are 5/8 at outer, tapering down to around 7/16.

Any rubbing on the frame when turning since they are 33.5? What lift are you running?

Had a little rubbing on the uca.
    Bilstein 5100 885 AAL.
I added 1"spacers and it seems perfect.
I also went to Rokblokz mud flaps and removed the little flap in front of the front tire.

So you're running a 1 inch spacer, 255/85R16's, 5100's, and it clears the big stuff up front?

I might be picking up some lift soon.

Clearing the suspension arms is all about the make and model of the parts. I have stock lowers, and SPC uppers, sway bar in place.
Clearing any rub on the frame is based on the alignment, and starting with the cam bolts rotating the lower arms fully out should be considered, if, you have uppers adjustable for caster.
I trimmed the inner of my mud flaps to both keep the flaps, and avoid rub while turned and under full compression.

Yep, also have superbumps up front.
I added the superbumps just before I lifted the front.
They really smoothed out my ride, no more front dipping at stops or quick slow downs.
I'll go to better shocks once I finish adding my armor, already have my shell and some stuff.
Looks nice and has enough lift to get out there... when we can.
