I know similar searches have been exhausted. However, every question is a little different so:
I have a 09 DC 4wd. It has 5100's set at 1.75 on the front. 1.5 blocks on rear. Also Spidertrax 1.25 spacers on the stock Sport wheels and have no interest in removing the spacers or getting new wheels.
I am looking at two different sets of tires. The first ones are BFG MT in 255/75r17. The other are Goodyear Wrangler AT/S in 265/70r17.
I would love the BFG's but i am afraid they will not fit as it looks as though they may rub. My 265/65r17 HT tires even look like they are close to rubbing so I'm leery(although maybe I'm just pessimistic). Im not afraid to take off my mud flaps or trim a little plastic but am not ready to cut my fender or do anything too extreme.
I know every truck is different but.... Which one do i go with? I'm not looking for people to give advice on a different tire, i would love someone to tell me what they think about the two tires on my truck, based on size.
    Thanks in advance.

The 75's have a good possibility of rubbing being taller. I have 265 70 17 with 2.25" lift up front and have had no rubbing issues.

Damn. I was hoping to hear, "yeah, they'll fit with little effort." !

If 265 75 17's fit without cutting everyone would run them. 255 is less than a half inch skinnier. The height is what will cause the rubbing issues.
