25k Service

Personally, I try to stay away from the dealers therefore not giving them the opportunity to abuse me. Neither my '96 with 414,000 miles or my '18 with 24,000 miles have ever been back to a dealership since I drove them off the lot new. I would NEVER let a dealership change my oil.
IMO, all you have done by getting (3) free oil changes is give them more opportunities to abuse you and your Tacoma.

 

what should the 25k service include? i'm scheduled to go in this week and was told it's basically a tire rotation.

just went in for my 20k oil change. came out to my truck and found the techs chevy keys in my cup holder. Walked them back to the service manager. Then checked my truck the next day and found 4-5 drips of oil coming out of the filter housing. Took the truck back and they said the rubber ring had broken when screwing the canister back on.

they are 1/3 on visits without an issue. I will never find a place that does as good of a job on regular maintenance than i can do in my drive way.
