I'm wanting to get a 3in lift for my tacoma while getting a good deal on tires. Would it look goofy to have 265/70/16 tires on a 3in body lift or would i need to get 265/75/16?

    Don't get a 3 inch body lift.

Yes the tires will look goofy.

    This.

    Body lifts are not recommended.

Definitely avoid 3" body lifts. But with a 3" lift definitely at least go with 265/75/16.

Ive got 2.5" and I think my 265/75's look small. Will be going with 285's next for sure

I have a 6" suspension lift on as well. The 3" is fine because you still cant see through the frame like you do on Chevys and prob other trucks. I only want to get rid of it because the gap between my 35" tires and the top of the fender is to much. My truck is all out of wack it has 4.88 gears from when it had 38.5" tires but I love it still. Just dont forget I need your stock parts when you do the lift!!

I have 265/70/17 which is the same as 265/75/16 and I have a 3" lift I kinda like it but I could def go up to a 275 or 285 next time
