I have 265/70/17 Hankook Dyna-Pro ATM's rubbing on my front mud flaps when even I turn the wheel sharply like in parking situations.

I know the Hankook Dyna-Pro ATM's do run a bit taller than advertised, but I really like the tire. I'm getting great wear, traction, and I love the looks. Currently at 11/32's wear.

I'm just curious about my options to stop the rubbing on the mudflaps?

    Caveats:
-I am lifted 3 inches with Icon RR w/CDC. I have JBA UCA's and Moog LCA's with Moog LCA bolts
-I have adjusted the caster on my truck all the way from +2.5 to +7 and it didn't fix the rub
-Wheels are the TRD Pro Sema's 17"
-My current alignment is Toyota factory spec
-Cab mount chop is an option
-I need to keep mudflaps. I work on a dairy and I'd rather have "mud" inside the fender well instead of all the way underneath the body

    Thanks!

Do you have any pictures? Might be able to trim a bit of plastic to get it to clear. Do you have stock or aftermarket wheels?

I had the same problem when I went with my new wheels. I just took off the mudflaps. I know it will get muddy under there but that’s the easiest way to fix The problem imo @Bishop2Queens6

ok cool, looks like what you could try to do is if you have a heat gun start warming up the plastic, then use a wooden dowel or something to push that area of the flap in. Hold it in position until it cools. It should give you enough clearance now, just test it and see what happens.

A cab mount chop won't help since you aren't contacting the body mount.

Huskyliner or Rokblokz flaps have the needed clearance. However, both are 3" shorter than OEM flaps. I'm running Huskyliner with an added flexible rubbery piece attached to the bottom using small stainless screws.

I just took all of mine off when I went to 17x9 -12 offset wheels. They rubbed the fronts pretty bad

I used a heat gun on mine; flattened the bump - rubbing is gone.

I just used a cutoff wheel to cut those bumpouts off, no more rubby rub and I run 285's.
