Wow. You have changed your mind about 3 times.

I have 285/75/16 AT with 3 in. lift and I had to cut the cab mount, trim plastic fender and lower my bump stop to prevent any rubbing when my suspension is fully compressed and wheels turned to full lock.

I have changed my mind several times and it's because of all your, much appreciated, opinions. This was just for looks but then I took other variables into consideration and decided that I like both exactly the same. So, I go the easier route, and stick with the 265 with no removing or cutting. If I liked the 285's just a tad better, then I would go through the work, but it's equal. So, thank you everyone. Now show me some aggressive tires.

Heres the deal if you offroad 285's will need some modifications to not rub while doing so, however with a 3" lift 285's on the road and mudding will not be a crazy issue minor rubbing in reverse full lock and possibly full lock mudding forward. On the road you should have very minor issues if any with running 285's

But I have a 2.5" inch lift with stock UCA'S and Spidertraxx 1.25" spacers and I rubbed a little on driver side (w/ my 265/75/16's) but trimmed right under driverside fog light housing to get rid of it.I like the look of 285's, but I don't want to trim anymore.

You honestly don't need the spacers with that tire but I'm guessing this is all for the "wide" look. wide = rubbing so you'll have to trim more for each increase (wider or taller)

Just checked out your pics. Looks good on your truck. Do you have a 2.5" lift? When I used the tire size tool, it's slightly shorter than 265/75 but slightly wider. I'm already running Spidertraxx wheel spacers so I got the wide look. I think the 265's are better for me. Thanks though. I'm leaning towards a MT, just for looks, price, and wieght.

    What wheels are these?

Btw - I stuck with 265/75/16 with a 3" lift, stock UCA so I wouldn't have to trim anything or worry about rubbing
