Ah crap....hopefully the level I plan to put in the spring will help.

No mud guards on mine, no rub with Nitto Ridge Grapplers in that size. I have done a few off-road tests to see if they will rub. (flex/turn, steep uphill/downhill full lock in forward and reverse). I am pretty confident they don't rub. These tires have more width than many in that size, due to the sidewall lugs.

Love that colour! My tires are KO2's in 265/70R17, and the RTX Baja's are 17x9 with +0 offset. I'll be installing these in the spring. As of right now, I'm stock everything and still have all the mud flaps.

Kinda anxious to tell you the truth.....

This thread helped a ton. Thanks everyone. I’m about to get some 265 75 16 KO2’s and needed all of this to make sure I’m good. They are more tire for less money for whatever reason, and it gives you an inch more ground clearance!

For me, the main one is $90 less per tire. You also get 1/2 more ground clearance. That’s probably about it.

I have 265/75r16 with 0 offset and my passenger side rubs. Stock suspension. Thinking I’ll just do a 5100/ AAL amd maybe that’ll solve the issue.

    Stawk as FUCK!
Where does it rub exactly? I’m wanting to do 265/75 or 265/70 on a 17” wheel with 0 offset on my stock ‘19 Sport and am scratching my head if it will work. Probably gotta stay with the 265/70 due to the 17” wheel diameter I think. I don’t mind trimming plastic, and can do a body chop if needed (not preferred tho). Hmmm...

The guy in the other quote just said what's gonna help you, but you don't know your wheel specs. If your wheels have a super low offset, they're gonna rub but you don't even know what the offset is. Change your wheels to a higher offset and you won't rub. I have 255/85R16s stock height, stock TRD OR wheels and I don't rub anywhere but my offset is high and my tires are set-in into the wheel well where they don't contact my fender liner, corner, or cab mount. On the plus side you can take a heat gun and bend the portion that rubs away without affecting how your vehicle looks.

My 265/75/16 Duratrac's rub a tiny bit on the mud flaps on sharp turns. There is no visible wear.

I would do it again, but only wish Duratrac's came in a 255/85/16 tire.

What would be really helpful would be to not only indicate what tire 265/75R16 tire you are running but more importantly the off-set of the wheel you are running and if you are stock suspension or have a lift.
I am running 265/75R16 BFG KO2s on stock suspension and stock wheels that have a +25 off-set. no rubbing on or off road.
I think the off-set is the key

Yeah offset is what causes rub. With the factory +25 mm offset, 265/75/16 wildpeaks never rubbed (stock height) then I installed 1.25 spidertrax spacers which brought the offset to -6mm, and it rubbed horribly on the nub that protrudes off the back of the fender liner. I cut the nub off and it hasn’t rubbed since. IMG_2350.jpgIMG_2349.jpg 2nd pic is with the nub cut off
