Well a rock cut my sidewall on a tire of mine today, and i have my other tires 265/758/16 on alloy rims , going low, thinking about getting another used set of 265's or a used set of 285's. I like the bigger size but will it hurt my mpgs and power alot? On my v6 taco. current mgs in city is like 16-17 and highway like 18-20.

Your opinions or ideas, past expirence. ?

I have 285s...get between 16-17 mpgs, almost all highway...maybe it's the winter fuel mix too. Have had them for a month...
