I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma access cab with a 3 in lift in the front and a 2 in block in the rear I am looking for a 275/65/18 in tire on 18x 10 -24 offset 4.5 backspace motometal 970. I know on almost all Tacoma that the big problem is the cab mount chop. Can I run this size rim and tire on my truck without having to worry about this being a problem.

First and foremost, check and see if that tire is approved for a 10”’wheel. Don’t believe it is. Imo I wouldn’t mount it on anything wider than 9” and no more than -10. The further out you push the wheel the more issues you’ll have, ie cmc, wheel bearings etc.
