Would I have to trim the body cab mount with a 275 65 18 tire and an 18x9 rim?????

I wouldn't think so. The guys that are running 33's might need to trim the cab mount.
As long as your lifted in the front you should be able to clear those tires with the correct offset wheel.

It all depends on the backspacing of the wheels.

I'm running 275/65/18's on 18x9's with 0 offset on my '06 with 5100's at 1.75". No body cab mount rub, but I do have slight bumper rub in reverse.
