    Go with what is lightest. I was concerned about sidewall as well going from KO2 to AT3. AT3s look great in photos, but the real world sidewall is much more mundane. Realistically, the sidewall looks decent, just the KO2 looks way better. Bothered me coming from KO2s for the first couple days, now I don't even notice. The tread on the AT3 is actually a bit more aggressive with more void which does cause a bit more highway hmm.
