So I'm sure this sort of thing has been asked a million times but I couldn't find anything in a search. Just got my Tacoma, a 2006 TRD access cab and I'm looking into lifts/tires/wheels.

What I was thinking of is getting the Rough Country 4" lift, 17x9 wheels with 5" backspacing, and 285/70R17 tires. What I want to know is how bad will this rub/stick out? I'd rather not do a huge amount of trimming or have to buy new flares. So if anybody with a similar combination could help it would be much appreciated, thanks.

It will fit fine. You may have to trim some plastic but maybe not..
And that will be the extent of your trimming if any.. Just alittle bit of plastic and maybe the mud flap.. Are you going to get new UCA's later on for correcting allignment caser?

never mind about the UCA? I see its a drop bracket lift.. You will be fine with that setup man.
