About ready to purchase some new 285/75/16 tires. I like the look of the general grabbers. What do you think? Hows are they? Is there something I should know that might lean me toward a different brand?

I like my Falken ATS's (I have 31x10.50r15's), but I've also heard they only have a 2 ply sidewall. I haven't heard anything bad about Grabbers. At $55 a tire cheaper than BFG AT's, I'd be tempted to give them the Grabbers a shot.

My BFGs on my old truck were nice but they're so much more expensive than competitors, I'm not sure I'll get them again.

    Unknow
    Many
i have the 35s and love them
Their not the best tire for my enviro conditions though ( lots of ice and snow )
I found airing them down to 18 psi and runnning them in snow helps allot.
Im still running them on stock TRD sport wheels and they have held up without any issue down to 9psi. Mud they did rather good considering at that psi- dont have lockers and made it through some wicked terrain up in the nordeq mountains.

IF you have these on a DD you will love them, quite and i get wicked good fuel milage
THey are heavy as hell though e rated 315's - dont have anything els to compare them to.

if i lived in a non winter state id buy them over and over again
