I wanna get bigger tires for my 1st gen and was looking at general at2 285/75/16s.

i have eibach coils with bilstien 5100 shocks set at 0"

    will this cause rubbing?

if so any other tire dimesnions that wont?

mods im asking this in 1st gen section because alot of 1st gen owners use same lift and have same body frame unlike 2nd gens

    thanks :D

Your posting in the 1st gen section ? Is it because you ARE a 1st gen ?..:notsure::notsure:

You'll probably get some minor rubbing on the inside frame rail tho'...

Getting the 275 should alleviate/minimize any rubbing. Im currently looking into 275/75/16 myself.

This is probably your best bet, I hate metrics, 285 is somewhere between 32" & 33" its not quite either one......

check out (rimsntires.com)they have some cool applications that will alloy you to put in specs for your current"wheel/tire" set-up against the size you'd like to fit.

My 285/75/16 with 4.5" BS wheels and .75" spacers rub on the frame (slightly), the pinch weld, the fender liner and the windshield washer reservoir. Working my way through the list to eliminate the issues one at a time.
