Get a set of Light Racing Upper Control Arms and set your caster at 2 Degree's on each side and you will no longer rub!

Update - picked up my truck a few hours ago. They hammered the pinch weld and trimmed plastic. No rubbing so far.

Again thanks for the advice guys.

Soon I'll be mounting 285/75r16 tires on a set of -25 offset SCS F5s with 1.25" spacers. I have yet to find anyone online who's done something like this on a 3rd gen (perhaps for good reason?), so I don't know for sure exactly how bad the rub will be. Wish me luck, though.

What. Dude, you’re gunna rub hard. That tire is gunna stick out a ton and sweep so far. Why do you need the spacers? Removing those will help a lot to prevent rub. But probably will still rub with that offset without cutting. Also would worry about the wheel bearings with that offset and spacer if you off road anything moderate.

Welcome. Leave the spacers out. You will rub with -25. Going to need a lot of massaging of plastics and metal.

Thanks for the feedback. Let me also add that I’m doing a 2” lift and planning to do a CMC amongst other anti-rub trimming. I already had presumed that’d I’d need to knock the spacers off, but I appreciate the encouragement :D

    Cool stuff
Revamping an old thread …. Why do wheel bearings die faster with negative offset wheels ?
