Looking to do the same on my 23 SR5 with Bilstein 5100s Front and rear with 2 inch OME springs on the front and Icon AAL.
Would I need to get spacers with the 16 inch wheels if i went 285?

I think you will need spacers if you use the stock rims. But go to the tire shop and ask if they will test fit a tire. I talked to a Bora rep to get advice on the size of spacer needed and he got it perfect.
good luck and post some pics

I had 33’s on my truck with a 2” lift in the front and Icon AAL in the rear. No rubbing on road even at full lock. I changed tire sizes before I went off road with the 33’s so I can’t speak to the need for trimming/cutting if you will be off roading. That was with a -10mm offset wheel, but they were 16” wheels.

I know they aren’t stock wheels but hopefully that gives you an idea of the need for spacers if you have a stock offset.

Bilstein 5100's, OME springs, and Icon ALL providing roughly 1.5-2" lift. No rub on anything but stock front mudflaps, which I'll probably remove, in sharp turns.

I think they're +13. Definitely more negative offset (poke) than the stock off-road and sr5 wheels. Edit: to save confusion, the referenced Trail is stock with the 22, 23 m.y. style Pro wheels only in bronze
