Yea all stock. It only rubs the UCA at full lock in reverse while going over a bump (similar to backing out of a driveway).

Do you plan on getting new UCA? Or how do you plan on fixing that?

No plan on replacing them. It doesnt really bother me that much because it rarely happens. I just take it slow in reverse at full lock.

Would love to get a 2021 Pro! Love the magnetic gray on the TRD Pro.

Stefan_Ray - Nice truck! Could you post some pics with 285’s on it? (I’m assuming you will go that route) And let us know if you keep everything else stock, how it rides, does it rub, MPG hit, etc. etc.
Since it’s a 2021, does it set up any different than your voodoo blue Pro?
All those damn questions that we ask over and over about putting 285’s on a TRD Pro.......

This one will only be stock for about 2 weeks. I’m putting Fox 2.5 Extended Travel with dual speed compression shocks and coil overs and a full Dakar leaf pack and Total Chaos UCA’s. The 285/75R16’s are going on Saturday. They fit on a stock Pro. It’s what’s on the Voo Doo Blue.

    That’s great, thanks!
Not sure if you ever ran smaller tires on your Pro, but if you did, can you comment on handling between say 285/75R16 vs. 265/75R16 or the stock tires? I’m putting 285’s on my 2021 Pro and don’t really care about MPG’s but curious about any thoughts you had on ride differences. I figure if I start with 285’s on it and don’t ever switch, I won’t ever know the difference anyway.

They ride better on 285’s. More tire = more Cush. They put my graphics on today. Picking the truck up Saturday. Before and after...

Love that package on a MGM! IMO, it looks the best on that color; I have a friend with that on his black TRD Pro and it looks pretty good also. But looks killer on MGM.....not so much on the lighter colors. Can’t wait to see it with the tires on.

Does a 285 spare fit under the truck?

Yes, you just have to bend back some shielding and it is a tight fit.

I have a pro coming in a couple weeks and want to run 285s... so great thread. As for the spare... does it also have a matching pro wheel? Never thought to ask.

No but the Pro wheels aren’t that expensive as far as wheels go. Definitely grabbing another this time around. I bought 5 coopers for this one and never got around to getting a 5th wheel so I never rotated it through...

Cool... thanks. Is the spare at least the same size wheel? You would assume so, but you never know where they cut costs.

I do not know about the Pro but assume it would be the same size wheel and tire as it is on my 2020 Sport. Only difference is the brand which I find kinda odd.

285/75R16s on 2020 trd pro stock height. Slight rub only if the wheel is at 3/4 turn and I hit a bump or hit the brakes hard. Either going to leave it or bend/cut the small piece of fender it hits. On the 6 speed, power loss was noticable especially on the highway and mpg took a 1-3 mpg hit. Look and perform great though. Running general grabber ATx's
