285's mpg loss?

I have a stock 2008 Toyota Tacoma trd sport and I'm going to be getting new wheels and tires. I can't decide if I want to just level it with bilstein 5100's and and an AAL and put 265's or put a 3" lift and 285's. I really like the look of the lift with the 285's but i'm concerned about losing mpg. Does anybody know how much it would lose? Also will I be able to fit the 285's ok with the 3" lift and what brand of lift do most people like the best?

 

you lose a little but the calculation is also off so you don't lose as much as initially thought.

 

Mpg loss and power loss will be noticable going from stock size to 285s, i get around 2mpg less with 285s
