Hello everyone I thought I would post about my truck and questions I had that were very hard to get answered because of all the conflicting threads. I just bought a 2019 Tacoma and I wanted 285s with stock rim. So long story short I went a with a nitro 3 inch front spacer and 1inch rear ( I know the least expensive route but actually drives almost exactly the same). I had to install spidertrax 1.25 inch spacers on the front and rear. I was worried about them sticking out to far but it really does look perfect. I went with 285/75/r16 bf ko2 and they DONT RUB AT ALL. NO CUTTING NEEDED. No cutting was one of my main concerns and I’m happy to say with these parts. Nothing rubbed and it rides great

That (surprisingly) looks a lot less gay than I had expected. Nice?

I really didn’t care for the looks of that wheel with stock rubber but with the extra meat around them they look a lot more appealing.

Looks good. Would he have been good with a 1" wheel spacer?

Yes it would’ve, I couldn’t find one with good enough reviews though so I went with spidertrax 1.25. Make sure it’s hub centric.

Your truck looks great. It almost makes me hate my OR wheels less. One thing though, in the last picture (dead on from the front), it looks like you have a lot of positive camber going on. That might just be the picture though.

Yes you are right. I’m buying Camburg control arms to hopefully fix that look.

Looks good, but all credibility lost with spacer / block lift, wheel spacers and "rides great".

Agreed, the wheels almost look tucked in at an angle, I'd check your alignment numbers OP.

Hahah I had a 4runner with coil-over bilsteins 6112 and 5100s and it rode pretty good. Stock Tacoma vs stock with spacer very similar. Going to upgrade to full-size coil overs when I get the $$$.

OP, are you close to rubbing or do you have a little room? I’m curious if I can do the same tire/wheel spacer setup but with just a 2in up front. Idkkkk

So I ended up going with a 2.5” up front. I clear just fine on the road but haven’t been off road much at all. I rub on some of the plastic if I turn and hit a bump. Just haven’t gotten around to trimming it. I also had to install the 1.25 spidertrax.
