    My knocking noise has become a ticking thats noticeable between 10-15mph.. and is present anytime i have my foot on the gas.. please someone chime in with some insigh on this..

    Just a shot in the dark if its an automatic it could be the Torque converter, I know the Fords do it with a few miles on them and it goes away when they warm up. If it was a rod I would expect alot more abuse or miles on it.

    anyway to get that fixed? or would the torque converter need to be totally replaced? or would it be fine to run with it?
