Hey guys First off Im a newb and this is my first post. My problem is Im at a lost with what look I am going for with my taco. Im looking to run 265/75 R16
Nitto trailer grapplers or BFG All terrains and keep my stock rims on my '14 DC 4x4. Just looking for that super stock look. I am also worried about warranty issues. Im not sure I need a 3in vs the 2in leveling kit from tuff country. Im not sure who's truck this is but it is exactly what lift and tires im looking for.. Any help would be appreciated4496324237_cd33620a0f_o.jpg

Looks like a stock rear and inch and a half front lift.. Don't get tuff country. I'd do bilstein 5100's set at 1.75 in the front. Or OME 883 coils.

I'm going for the same look but with 33" duratracs. Dealer told me I could go up to 3" in the front and 1.5" in the rear without voiding my warranty. But who knows how reliable that is...

I'm thinking about going with the OME's is that what you have? If so how do they ride?

I don't have OME coils i have King 2.5" coil overs.. You could do that and it would give you the best ride but it would be the most expensive. If price isn't a big factor look at the Fox 2.0 Coil overs, those are adjustable up to 2", $500 less than my kings

If you want some advice, don't go with either lift kit brand. I would look at 5100's or OME like mentioned above..

    Warranty info:

The Magnusson-Moss act makes it illegal for an auto manufacturer or auto dealer to void a warranty just because a vehicle has been modified. The only way that a vehicle warranty can be effected is if the lift or leveling kit is the direct cause of a failure.

That is true about the illegal for dealers to void warranties for lift.. But they can make ridiculous statements.. My dads turbo blew on his old duramax and they somehow linked that to the 4" lift...

Wow! Yea agreed that's not to say they would make ridiculous accusations just to avoid the job/void the warranty..

Tuff Country that bad? If the 5100's for the front would be all I need seems like a better deal. Is that all that is needed for them to be set a 1.75? I got a place close to where I live that installs lifts and said he could do the 5100's if I brought them in.

Yeah don't go with tuff country, ruff country, pro comp, or sky jacker. Look at either OME 881's or 883's or 5100's on your stock coils set to 1.75

    Fucking look it up
Don't pay to have the 5100s installed either you literally take your stock shocks off and put on the 5100 simple plug and play

Well he needs a spring compressor so yes he should pay to have that done at least.

But no thats all you need to level it out. You'll probably need an alignment but give it about 500 miles after they install them. Your UCA's are fine up to 2+ inches of lift, you'll be under that.
