Just to clarify, there is the batch of 11 that I just made. About half of those are gone and looks like a number of people are interested in the rest of them.

ADDITIONALLY I have about 30 more units that I just need to build the harnesses for and test. After that they will all be gone. I didn't want people to think that the batch of 11 are the final units.

    LOL :spy:

I was starting to get the feeling that people were thinking the batch of 11 were the last units... there are a few more after that but won't be getting any more in once sold out.

So when you say theres a confirmation light when in 2lo... what does it actually look like or say? And am I understanding it correctly when you say the switch activated operation is just that... push the switch and you're in 2lo or do you still have to put 4wd knob in 4lo?

Take a look at the 2Lo Module instructions Jaimes included on the 1st post (as an attachment). There are links to the light sequence for the engagement of 2Lo and whatnot. See page 8. With a switch, you press it, then go about your normal process on engaging 4Lo, but you'll be in 2Lo. One advantage with the switch is you'll still be in 2Lo should you turn your truck off then on again.

    Thank you... PM Inbound

@Musubi3 is correct and yes I would encourage you to read the instructions as it will likely clear up a number of things. Here is what the 2lo confirmation looks like, it will only do this light sequence while you are in 2lo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QE11xY0mhPA

If you were using a switch to activate the steps would be to press the switch in and then shift into 4lo as you normally would. provided you have activated the switch then you will actually shift into 2lo and the dash lights noted above will confirm that for you.

Got the module installed today took 20min cause beer break. Went and tested it in a dirt lot not to far HOLYCOW the truck turns tight in 2lo and I can do a burn out now.
Thanks Jaimes for such a wonderful product.

I wanted to do the yellow wire mod as well but was unsuccessful at removing the wire from the harness I don’t want to cut it also I’ve only got one yellow/black wire.

I still do them as time permits. I’m currently out of stock on mirrors (only matters for Canada sales and I see you are in Winnipeg). Have 4 pair coming in a couple weeks but they are presold. Another 5 pair should be arriving early to mid March.

Installed my 2 Low module today! Easy install, works as advertised and I am happy! I’ll install a switch at a later date as my main use for this will be at the boat ramp and I always shut the vehicle off and put it in 1st gear while loading/unloading the raft. Thank you sir!

Awesome hope you enjoy it! Slight hack in the meantime if you want to stop the truck and then remain in 2lo when you start again...

    1) Shut truck down in 2lo
    2) Put the 4wd selector between 4hi and 4lo position BEFORE turning the key to ACC or starting truck
    3) Start truck as usual with the 4wd selector between 4hi and 4lo, provided you did step 2 to the letter then the module will know that you wish to remain in 2lo upon startup
    4) Put the 4wd selector back to the 4lo position which will keep you in 2lo

Admittedly hooking up a switch will keep you in 2lo without having to do any of the above so if it is something you need frequently then I would recommend you go ahead with the switch as planned.

Thanks for the order! Glad you scooped one up while they are still available
