    Just a T Slot nut or something to screw into. You'll find you'll get way better SWR readout with it mounted to metal though. If you mount it to the bed rail you better have a really good ground to it or its useless.

    I went to Lowes and bought an L Bracket then just ran it out the tailgate and bolted the mount to it. Way better signal + you'll still be able to use your bed cover.

    I concur with this thought. $25 for a nice cad designed, powder coated mount is a fair price, but for $3 I think I'll go that route for now.
